The Pablo Creek Preserve at JTB (SR 202) and Hodges includes the Hodges Tract, which consists of 601 acres purchased by the St. Johns River Water Management District, and the Cedar Swamp Phase I property, which consists of a conservation easement purchased in 2000 by the City of Jacksonville, the State of Florida, and the St. Johns River Water Management District. The conservation easement is held in what is best described as a life estate of the owner. Currently, the property is privately owned, subject to the terms of the conservation easement. 

The area also includes Pablo Creek Club, a private neighborhood and golf club, and Deep Forest Airport, a private regional airport.
