Roberta, Georgia is a small city located in Crawford County and is home to just under 1,000 people. It’s part of the Macon Metropolitan Statistical Area.

The city was developed after the A&F Railroad was built and a train station was established, resulting in Roberta. The city got its name from a man named Hiram David McCrary, who owned the land where part of the railroad was built on, so he named the town after his daughter, Roberta.
