Debris containing odor-causing residues will continue to give off odors. That’s why we deal with the source of the odor first.
Clean Residues From Surfaces
After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

Roger and Drake Goranson and their team of wonderful staff (shout out to Katie and Alberto) came to our rescue when the septic backed up in our finished basement. They showed up on a Friday at 5 pm and didn't leave until 8:30 p.m. They were professional, caring and compassionate to our situation.
