After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

Several years ago, I hired Servpro to do a deep cleaning for a relative's home in Atkinson, NH. Servpro did a fabulous job at that time. About a month ago, this same relative's home needed major mold remediation due to an unchecked water leak issue through the spring. Their pricing was also reasonable. It turned out that the problem was more extensive than first thought due to pegboard covering the walls, which had hidden the extent of the problem.
