We had two insurance claims within about two weeks of each other. The first was a raw sewage leak into our basement, which occurred in the middle of the night. My insurance agent suggested Servpro. They were out the very next morning! Within the day they had removed the drywall, items, flooring, etc., and taken out rugs to be cleaned. We were amazed at how efficiently they worked, as well as how mindful they were about the rest of the house while they were working. So, when two weeks later we had another problem, we didn’t hesitate at all. Again, they were out to the house quickly, made sure we had all the information we needed and did a fantastic job… again LOL We really wouldn’t call anyone else now if faced with yet another disaster, or first call would be directly to Servpro.
We had smoke residue in our heated garage, where we smoked cigarettes and Cigars, for several years. We were selling the house and it needed a deep clean to make it presentable. They even steamed clean the cement floor, for a reasonable price. They made it like it never happened! I am very pleased with the services of ServPro, who I recently hired to replace water damaged flooring in my finished basement. From beginning to end, things went very smoothly. Mike L. was very thorough with the estimate and worked with me to manage some of the costs. The project supervisor, Steve, and the installation crew, Ron & Jeremy were great to work with. I am very pleased with the quality of their work, and they were productive with their time. All 4 of the guys respected my input on the project, and worked closely with me on some of the finishing details. They were respectful of my home and belongings, and the final clean-up was done well. My project started and finished within the timeline that Mike & Steve projected, and they were accommodating with my schedule. I highly recommend ServPro for restoration and remodeling services.

Elijah came out the fix a leak genuinely a nice guy and did a creat job. Kept it simple explained the process and all around one of the best experiences I have had with a plumber.
Came out quickly and mitigated a basement water leak. They start pulling up flooring and ripping out drywall immediately. They break what they pull up/off so it can’t be reused. Would have liked more communication and care in the mitigation (example: Nails weren’t removed, they were hammered flat). They worked fast and had the equipment (dryers and fans) to really get ready to restore. I used my own contractors for the restoration.
ServPro staff were at our house to mitigate water damage from basement flooding that resulted from an error involving repair/ upgrade of the city storm sewer system. The staff who helped us with this unpleasant and upsetting experience were uniformly and consistently thoughtful, informative and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help us address a couple of issues that arose because of the need to move and discard furniture and equipment. While the cause of our working with ServPro was not pleasant, working with ServPro staff was a bright spot in an otherwise grim experience.
