Ever Melendez of Serv Pro Team Fox Waldwick NJ did a great job. After a sprinkler system popped next door and filtered water onto my ground floor I was facing a huge problem. The two units next door were totally destroyed by massive water from the sprinkler. Ever Melendez , Field Manager and his crew worked tirelessly to mitigate the damage across all effected units. The remediation process was incredibly thorough. Every single piece of impacted wall, ceiling, and flooring had to be removed, but the crew handled the demolition, clean up, and disinfection seamlessly. They utilized precise, professional techniques and top-tier equipment, including a strategic layout of high-powered dryers that they monitored closely both before and after. What could have been a highly stressful experience was made incredibly smooth and pleasant thanks to Ever’s leadership.
