Altoona customers are saying
I am so pleased with my service from Servpro. My Insurance adjuster told me to call. Jarrett from Servpro was here promptly. At a bad time with water in my upstairs bathroom, which came down through my kitchen ceiling and was on my kitchen floor, walls, and basement. He was great! He was friendly, helpful, informative, and helped me through the whole process. He is very knowledgeable about the entire process, including prevention of mold, the drying process, and eventually the removal of the wet materials. I had to move to a motel and he and the other employees quickly removed the wet tile, molding, repaired the toilet turn off, and also cleaned on the last day. I didn’t need to clean anything when I came home. Any questions I had, he took the time to answer them. That in itself at the end relieved the stress I was dealing with. I would recommend Servpro to anyone to make the process of dealing with water damage easier.
Mark and.Ethan did a great job
Servpro of ebensburg (Austin and Braxden) did a great job assessing our damage, explaining what they were going to do and did a good job at getting it done and also did a good job cleaning up. The supervisor Mikey, was also very professional and helpful and really cares about the customer and providing good customer service Overall a really good experience.
Chuck Rager And David Zentack are the best!!! I would recommend these gentlemen for every job!!! Very detailed and cared about the final results. Very professional… the entire Servpro team including office personnel were fantastic and the girls made sure my experience was satisfactory above and beyond my expectations!!!
The experience with ServPro was more than I could have asked for.Jackson Miller and his partner Devyn were always polite and answered all my questions. They did a terrific job at explaining what they were going to do and did it right. The clean up was done just right. Thank you Jackson and Devyn.

I was so happy to hear that this office will now be managed by the pro's who run Ebensburg SERVPRO. I've seen their quality of work at my place of employment and have no doubt they will raise the Altoona SERVPRO to that same standard. Congrats Altoona!
Steve is awesome to work with. He went above and beyond. Would give 10 stars if I could.
John Partner is the weekly cleaner where I work. His professionalism and attention to detail is amazing. I see him as a perfect fit to our large office family. John is happy to help any way he can and he always performs his tasks in a safe manner. We feel blessed to have such a hard worker that takes pride in what he does. Thank you SERVPRO for hiring John to service our office cleaning needs. We truly appreciate him.
