Chris, Chris, and Carl (CCC) were absolutely amazing!! Chris came in and explained everything perfectly while answering any questions to not only Darlene but to me as well; while Chris and Carl got right to work and did everything that needed to be done with the mildew and mold within 2 days. I thought this process was going to take quite some time, but they proved me wrong. Wonderful people who are not only extremely helpful but kind and professional as well. Their attitudes are pleasant and that is what makes this experience special. Couldn’t have asked for a better crew to come and manage this house!!! I will always recommend Servpro but the CCC men I will personally recommend EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Thank you once again Chris, Chris, and Carl.

Cody and Justin were fantastic! The team responded quickly and immediately assessed the water damage, addressing the situation right away by placing a dehumidifier near the source of the water issue. Cody did an excellent job explaining what he was looking at during each step of the process and what to expect next. This company is truly top-notch! The handling of my belongings was professional and respectful, and every step was discussed with me ahead of time. Even after the demolition work on some of my walls, they left my home as clean and orderly as possible under the circumstances. I truly appreciate their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail during a stressful situation. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing water damage restoration services!

We had the pleasure of dealing with Project Manager Anthony Marucci, working up here in the Lackawanna County area, specifically South Abington Twp. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. The contractor who did the remodeling work was REM who did a great job fixing all of the areas that needed fixing. The young men were very professional and personable, respectful. We couldn't be happier with the job Carl and Chris Jr. did for us. From the minute they arrived to their departure they explained everything in detail and answered all of our many questions. We had some water damage from a leaking pipe and they came out explained the process and cleaned everything up to better than the space was before our incident. I can’t say enough great things about Carl and Chris from SERVPRO! They were incredibly respectful, kind, professional, and thorough from start to finish. We had a really difficult situation where our cat had urinated through the carpet, padding, and even into the subfloor. Carl and Chris did an incredible job removing the damaged carpet and padding, thoroughly cleaning and treating the area, and getting rid of the awful smell. The difference afterward was amazing! They handled an unpleasant situation with such care and professionalism, and we truly appreciated how respectful they were of our home throughout the entire process. Carl and Chris’s team did an exceptional job at mitigating the mold problem in my basement. They were courteous and respectful. Additionally, the cleaned the site after completion which is really appreciated!
