After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

I can’t say enough great things about Carl and Chris from SERVPRO! They were incredibly respectful, kind, professional, and thorough from start to finish. We had a really difficult situation where our cat had urinated through the carpet, padding, and even into the subfloor.
