Riley and Antonio were timely, professional, knowledgeable, and did excellent work for our office. The entire ServPro Friermuth Team was great in helping us during our crisis. Trenesse, Alexis, and Chloe came onsite to check on the job and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We felt assured that we were in good hands. Our problem was fixed quickly and meticulously thanks to this incredible team.

They were sent out from my insurance company and I am very pleased with the work they did. They were efficient, they were here on time, and they put up with my dogs barking. They did a good job and they were polite and I couldn't have asked for a better work crew.

It is never any fun to have ceiling leak. First interaction Servpro was not very good. When Lorenzo came to measure, he was Very efficient and very considerate. Fortunately, he came to do the rest of the work. Evan Came to help him as well. I’m Satisfied with the completion of the work. Lorenzo And Evan Did a great Job. Servpro of Puyallup did a fantastic job on smoke mitigation after the Spokane Complex fire. Ninoska was especially organized with her specialty..the textiles that needed to be inventoried and sent to the special facility for treatment. She also made sure they were returned promptly and in good condition. All in the ServPro team were super friendly and it’s easy to see why with Ninoska at the head of the team!
