customers are saying
Pretty scary ride. Ended well. Zulma works harder than anyone I've seen. She never stopped to sit down or take single break.
My name is Marietta Berroya and I am using the google account of my cousin since i do not havve a google account. I just wish to thank ServPro of Corona for doing such a remarkable job repair on my house. I had water damage on my bedroom, down to my kitchen and formal and family room…. basically damage on the first floor of my house(!I have.a two-storey house). The husband and wife tandem of Ed and Zulma Polizzo is amazing. Ed together with his crew created almost a precise and perfect home to my liking. Everyone did and cimpleted a wonderful job from the painters, the floor indtallers and kitchen makers. Visitors to my house are sll praises for its transformation. My kudos and thanks to sll those who are behind ServPro of Corona!!!!
So happy for fast and very nice work Zuma and her help did for me. Cant thank her enough. Very caring and polite. She is a speedy worker. Thankful for all that she did for me.
Very good communication and the work was done professionally. We are very pleased with the final product.
We are very very happy with this ServPro Company. Everybody did excellent work. They paid a lot of attention to detail. They even provided helpful suggestions. All the workers were very kind and respectful as well. I highly recommend ServPro of Corona for water mitigation and construction services.
I recently wrote a review but I now want to add more kudos. I needed reports and photos of the work performed for my realtor. Fernand needed to dig for the reports of 2024 and 2025. Which he did with a friendly and helpful manner and I know he had more important issues to attend to. He always ends our tele conversation with: "If there is anything else you need or have any questions, call me." Did I mention that he answers his phone? I seldom left a VM and if I did, he promptly returned my call. Friendly, efficient, and courteous employees. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you, ServPro
"After a water pipe leak at an electric Hot Water Heater on the slab of my home, the water had migrated on the slab from the Water Heater to the office next to it and soaked the carpet and wall. I turned off the water and I had a plumber replace the pipe. I am insured with AAA and they contacted SERVPRO of Corona to take care of the clean-up and replace the flooring. SERVPRO of Corona is a complete service that can do all of the requirements. It's a family run organization and is as helpful and thorough as you could ever want. They labled all of the ''stuff' in the office and put it all in boxes for the two weeks needed to clean, dry, paint and install the new flooring. We had about 72 medium U-Haul boxes of 'things' from the office. They handled it all professional as you could ever want. I highly recommend them for any work of this kind. "
They did a very good job drying up all the water damaged areas in my kitchen and master bedroom. Fast service. Fast response. Excellent customer service. Would recommend.
thank you so much for all your help. Darren especially was very helpful in my time of need. with our homes restoration 😊
