What our
customers are saying
After the devastating Palisades wildfire, our home suffered significant smoke and soot damage. It was a stressful experience, but SERVPRO Hawthorne and their team were so professional, and helped us throughout the restoration process. The team explained the cleanup process clearly, and worked hard to remove the smoke residue and odors. It was such a relief having them to work on our house. If you have to deal with fire or smoke damage, go to SERVPRO of Hawthorne.
I cannot thank Ray and Kelsea at ServPro Hawthorne enough for their exceptional service. Navigating fire restoration and contents handling is an incredibly stressful experience, but Ray and Kelsea made a world of difference throughout the entire process. They were responsive, thorough, professional, and took incredible care with our belongings. The dry cleaner they used even tied our items up with little ribbons: an amazing touch for someone returning home after such a traumatic experience. I felt that I could call the ServPro Hawthorne office anytime, and Kelsea would answer with the utmost kindness, patience, and customer service. When you are dealing with property loss and restoration, having a team you can truly rely on is everything. Ray and Kelsea went above and beyond to keep communication clear and manage the logistics seamlessly. If you ever need restoration services, I recommend ServPro Hawthorne. 10/10!
