SERVPRO of Laguna Hills / Laguna Niguel

The entire crew has been helpful from removing items to a safe location to daily checkups on the drydown. Especially want to recognize Art who was the first to arrive with drydown equipment. His professionalism helped me have confidence in Servepro's services. Jesse Johnathan and Danny have all been professional and kind during this flood event. I highly recommend!!

Jesse and Uli handled our remediation. Jesse kept in constant contact and explained everything. Thank you to both of them.

Servpro was great to work with…had a pipe leak in the kitchen and Art was very quick to respond and tag the wet areas! Jesse and Uli were also great to work with while I was out of town on a business trip! They sealed off the kitchen, cleared out the damaged area and dried it out in a few days! Thank you, gentleman!!

SERVPRO was amazing throughout the entire process of dealing with our water-damaged home. They were quick, efficient, and incredibly helpful with the cleaning, debris removal, and packing up of our house. Jesse, Uli, and Art were so kind, flexible, and accommodating, especially while we were on a time crunch. They made a difficult situation much easier and helped everything run smoothly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you, guys!

Servpro did an amazing job to restore our home after a slab leak damaged our lower kitchen cabinets and dining room floor and walls. Mike Saenz over saw the projects, he was considerate and kind as well as responsive to our questions and needs. Diocelina was absolutely amazing. She did the insulation, drywall, beadboard, chair rail, painting and reinstalled the closet door. She is a hard worker and very kind, gracious and respectful to us and of our home. She was a joy and delight to have in our home. My wife, Ruth, loves her. Before and after the reconstruction the demo and pack back crews were also amazing. The demo and mitigation was led by Jesse and the team included Norma, Rafael, Uli and Johnathon. They were also kind and respectful to us and our home. They were able to pack up the kitchen, dining room, china cabinet and dining room closet quickly. After the reconstruction Jesse, Rafael, Norma and Uli were able to put all the furniture and items from the closet and china cabinet back in order. My wife, Ruth, in awe of all that Norma did and how she did it. She took pictures in the beginning and was able to restore everything back to the way it originally was (maybe better).

Jessie was very professional easy to work with them

Jesse, Uli, Art, Edwin and Johnathan were extremely courteous, professional and patient. Thank you so much for your help.

Robert, Priscilla and Pablo worked very hard unloading more than 100 boxes up and down the stairs in our Complex. Very respectful, professional and nice all the time. Enjoyed working with them
