I talked to a bunch of companies and Jose Herrera was the only person out of 4 companies in the whole Bay Area who fully inspected my place, scaled the damage appropriately, communicated clearly with me letting me know what needs fixing, what doesn’t, and gave proper estimates to me.

This is my second project with Servpro and Kay. The first was a bathroom remodel through Servpro Danville and this was a kitchen remodel with Servpro Walnut Creek. Both projects were led by Kay and he did an exceptional job with the entire project from the beginning (listening to project details, taking measurements etc) to the end (final walk through making sure I was satisfied with anything). Kay is always prompt with responding to my questions or concerns. I’ve texted outside of normal business hours and he responds within minutes. He is professional, makes good recommendations based on my taste and budget, and is friendly and kind. Also, the crews that have worked on both projects were on time, respectful of my space and home and the work was done professionally and cleanly. As a person that tends to “over-communicate” knowing what the plan was gave me comfort in that they knew how to combat any issue and provide a working resolve.
