Thank you Christine and Todd! I called late looking for my couch to be cleaned after my niece had an "accident". It was a brand new couch, about 1 month old and I was worried about the urine smell setting in. You didn't have availability to come out for a few days but since I just needed the cushion cleaned you suggested I bring it by the shop the next morning. You did a great job getting the smell out and removing any stain evidence. I truly appreciate it. Hopefully, there will be no more "accidents" but if there are, you will definitely be my first call.
From the first conversation with Steve, I was impressed! We had to work on some mold remediation due to a shower leak and he was honest and helpful from the start. Unlike other companies, he didn’t use the fear tactic, instead just calmly walked me through the next steps. But what comes after was above and beyond...Steven and his team's delivery were impeccable. I was so impressed by their timeliness and follow through and communication.
