About Us
We strive to set ourselves apart in the restoration industry from our competition throughout the Greater Hartford area and other SERVPRO franchises by our personal touch with every job we undertake. Our team has over 80 years of experience in restoration and customer service fields. This expertise helps us offer confident and thorough recovery efforts but also helps to push our entire team to exceed the expectations of home and business owners throughout our region every day.
While Mark Twain once called Hartford home while penning works like “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer,” “The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn,” and “A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur’s Court,” now it is home to thousands of homes and businesses that depend on our reputable SERVPRO team for a fast response and professional approaches whenever disasters strike. We have professionals certified in all areas of the restoration industry, including the recovery and cleaning of water, fire, mold, storm, flood, and biohazard threats.
Our customers need to know and understand that we can do whatever is necessary to work with them and their insurance companies to find the best solution for recovering a home or business. While many property owners might struggle with getting all of the needs of their damaged structure met, our experienced SERVPRO professionals work to provide effective mitigation solutions, including deodorization, decontamination, debris removal, cleaning, and drying. We know that our success throughout Hartford, Newington, and other areas in Hartford County has as much to do with services and involvement in our communities as it does with our restoration process.
We work with many local and national organizations seeking to raise awareness, funds, and directly help those in need throughout Connecticut. We work with organizations like Hands on Hartford, Charities of Hope – Hartford, the American Cancer Society, St. Jude Children’s Hospital, and Newington High School’s Project Graduation.
No matter what disasters affect your home or business, you can count on our SERVPRO team to make it “Like it never even happened.”

What our
customers are saying
This is the SECOND time I used the team of Angel, Jorge and Chris from SERVPRO of Newington in the same year! Even though I live miles away in Mystic, I got their reference from my neighbor who is a builder. The initial project was a major water damage cleanup and just recently, a "blowback" issue of ash filling my basement. I thought there was NO WAY the damnable ash floating in the air sticking to everything could possibly be omitted. I phoned Angel in tears and told him the issue. He arrived with his team and assured me I called soon enough before all the ash settled. They got to work with all their air scrubbing machines, and all their other equipment immediately. They worked two full days in my 2000 sq ft basement making sure everything was absolutely ash free. I was STUNNED when I saw the difference. They have cleaned and wiped everything including the walls, floors and the ceiling. Angel handed me a sponge and challenged me to find a trace of ash anywhere. I could not! I honestly think Angel and his team are a "quartet of angels"! I thank GOD they were referred to me. I truly don't know what I would have done without their professionalism in mitigating this mess. I can say without a question of a doubt, these men know how to return any damage to your home back to its original newness as if nothing ever happened!
Jose & Manny did an amazing job at one of the apartments at my site . They were very respectful & patient with us . A job we thought was going to take 2 days only took 5 hours . I highly recommend them both
Kadeem and his crew were great! They came to our home to help remove the smoke smell after a massage gun malfunctioned and exploded. They were professional, thorough, and very helpful throughout the process. We really appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend their services!
