This is the SECOND time I used the team of Angel, Jorge and Chris from SERVPRO of Newington in the same year! Even though I live miles away in Mystic, I got their reference from my neighbor who is a builder. The initial project was a major water damage cleanup and just recently, a "blowback" issue of ash filling my basement. I thought there was NO WAY the damnable ash floating in the air sticking to everything could possibly be omitted. I phoned Angel in tears and told him the issue. He arrived with his team and assured me I called soon enough before all the ash settled. They got to work with all their air scrubbing machines, and all their other equipment immediately. They worked two full days in my 2000 sq ft basement making sure everything was absolutely ash free. I was STUNNED when I saw the difference. They have cleaned and wiped everything including the walls, floors and the ceiling. Angel handed me a sponge and challenged me to find a trace of ash anywhere. I could not! I honestly think Angel and his team are a "quartet of angels"! I thank GOD they were referred to me. I truly don't know what I would have done without their professionalism in mitigating this mess. I can say without a question of a doubt, these men know how to return any damage to your home back to its original newness as if nothing ever happened!
