customers are saying
Very professional and quick.
Adonis was great. Super informative and helpful.
Charles and Adonis were awesome!!!
The ServPro team arrived during heavy rain, and at midnight, when I called them to help me with a desperate situation in my home. After days of heavy rains, water was pouring through a breach in my roof and my house was flooding quickly. They stopped the leak and extracted all the water - and set up fans and humidifiers to start the drying process. Now, they will help me with the remediation of the flood damage. They are awesome. My ServPro heroes are the team of Jeremy, Kyle and Adonis. I am so grateful for this company and the people who work for them!!
Adonis, Bryce and Matt are very professional, very knowledgeable and fast
Adonis & Dawson we’re Dispatch to a Flood on the 3 rd floor of a 3 story Medical Office Building- B to be exact! They both communicated with me during their commute. They arrived on scene and immediately began extracting water with their equipment! Before you know it, they were putting their fans out and we were going home. Great teamwork by everyone with Servpro thank you guys for everything. Charlie Park with Plant Facilities Baptist Medical Center Nassau 🏥👨🏼🔧
Thank you Team Rachel, Stephanie, Lauren, Erek and Kyle (affectionately referred to as Karl)! You all made this very stressful cleanup bearable. This team was always prompt and communicated arrival and departures ahead of time which I greatly appreciated. They found items in the hoard I truly never thought I’d see again bringing tears to my eyes. They cleaned and disposed of items no one should have to deal with and endured days of horrific smells sweating in the heat. I thank each of you for all your energy and hard work on this cleanup. Thank you all again!!!
Rachel, Kyle and Dawson are wonderful! They are so efficient and cheerful! Thank you very much!
These gentlemen did a wonderful job helping me with some water from the ac: erek, ethan, eli, adonis and kyle. They came every day to check on things, adjust, and explain the process. Left their workspace spotless. Highly recommend!
