We can’t express gratitude and appreciation ENOUGH towards Mario Roman and ServePro Team throughout the whole process of restoration during the recent water pipe bursting in our townhouse attic . Water damage is very extensive when the ceiling on second collapsed along with soaking insulation materials. Clean up were performed swiftly and diligently and fans(20) humidifiers were in place to bring our whole house back to where it was before . We would recommend this company/ team to all of families and friends on any future similar needs . No other companies responded around 5 am on Sunday except Servpro North Tampa /Lake Magdelene Mario showed up professionally equipped with presentably performed all necessary steps with clearly plan to speed up the restoration / mitigation
