I had a water leak behind a drywall. After a plumber opened up the wall and repaired the leaking pipe joint, I called Servpro to repair the drywall. Servpro of South Brevard surveyed the damage, and provided a very fair estimate. They then sent Steve who did an outstanding job repairing the mess and leaving the wall repaired better than new.
The team was on time, did a great job, was very personable, and left the work area clean. I strongly recommend this team! 👍
My house had a water emergency at 1 am in July and when we called Servpro it was reassuring to know that they were going to send staff out immediately and the 2 gentlemen ( one being Lewis) were absolutely fantastic! Very professional, reassuring, and caring. Couldn’t have asked for a better group of men to help us! Thank you again!
I had a wonderful experience with Tony and Earl from SERVPRO. They were both extremely professional, respectful, kind, and helpful from beginning to end. They made me feel comfortable in my own home and were very considerate throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how willing they were to help me move things around and work around my needs. I’m currently dealing with a back injury, and their patience and willingness to assist me meant so much. Tony and Earl truly went above and beyond. They were hardworking, courteous, and treated me with genuine respect. SERVPRO should be proud to have employees like them representing the company. Thank you both for your kindness and excellent service! You definitely deserve 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Never fun dealing with emergencies... but they happen. My master bedroom and bathroom was completed flooded and servpro was out within a couple hours. Mind you this was after 5pm when I intially reported it. Fast, prompt and excellent work from Doug and his team. Likely saved me more of a headache. Thanks again.
Servpro of South Brevard did a great job. I had mold remediation and reconstruction done by them. They were honest ethical and took care of any issues without problems. Highly recommended !
Randy Barnett was a true professional. He helped me every step of the way with my house flood . I will always call Servpro when I’m in need .
They had to come out twice to remediate my condo due to neighbor's water heater. Everyone was polite and professional and really understood my situation. Louis and Ben and George and Gary were terrific. Michelle in the office who set appointments was great as well. Couldn't recommend them enough.
Very pleased with service that I received. Michelle, Susan and Bill were very helpful during the entire process of keeping me informed and also in helping file my insurance claim. The work provided was very professional and would definitely recommend Servpro of South Brevard.
