Steven is a Mitigation Production Manager at SERVPRO of Idaho Falls and Rexburg/Rigby, bringing over 13 years of industry experience and a robust portfolio of specialized certifications. He leads mitigation and remediation crews with precision, ensuring every job meets SERVPRO standards and regulatory compliance. His deep expertise in water, mold, fire, and asbestos abatement—as well as residential duct cleaning—makes him an invaluable leader in the field and a trusted partner for clients during their most difficult times.

Lisa Padgett serves as the Estimator and Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Idaho Falls and Rexburg/Rigby, playing a key role in keeping projects organized and running smoothly from start to finish. She prepares accurate, detailed estimates and manages job documentation to ensure clear communication between homeowners, insurance partners, and our production team. With strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of the restoration process, Lisa helps streamline workflows, support timely approvals, and maintain compliance every step of the way. Her organization, responsiveness, and commitment to excellence make her an essential part of delivering a seamless customer experience.

Carlos is our Business Development Representative at SERVPRO of Idaho Falls and Rexburg/Rigby.

With a focus on understanding our clients' needs, Carlos develops tailored marketing strategies to effectively promote SERVPRO's services and solutions. He is skilled at identifying opportunities for growth and leveraging marketing channels to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

With almost 10 years with SERVPRO of Idaho Falls, Carlos extensive training includes certifications in Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT) and Asbestos Contract Supervisor.
