Michael and his team of professionals were top-notch. From day one, they were expeditious, professional, and communicative. I knew everything that was happening and when it was happening. They worked on my time-line allowing for the ebb and flow of my hectic schedule; I never felt pressured, rushed, or left-in-the-dark through the entire mitigation and restoration of my water-damaged basement.
