So far, we have been extremely happy with the service that SERVPRO of Carroll County has provided. Our restoration is still underway but moving faster than expected. Jennifer contacted us within hours of our Insurance Adjuster submitting our info to them. From there, John arrived that night to start the water mitigation process. Mike was a godsend during a difficult day in which I was actually assaulted during a walkthrough of a tenant's room.
