Ryan and the team did a phenomenal job! My only “wish” is related to ServePro, not the team itself. My husband and I identified that it was flooding our basement around 4:30pm and during this time we were told that there were folks on call. Only after calling back again did we learn that the office doesn’t open until 8am and so the team got to us around 9am. It was just a lot to navigate a ruptured water heater and water actively flooding so we were using a wet vac and trying to manage our emotions. It was a lot, so that’s where I’ll give 4 versus 5 starts to ServePro. It appears to be a high volume company with lots of requests so I’m not sure why we couldn’t get someone out sooner on emergency. The team itself though did 5-star work! Very responsive, great customer service and friendly.
