My name is James Potter, recently I had flooded basement, I called Serv pro and with in a half hour they had team on site and they came up with a plan and efficiently got to work, in no time they had the water out and set up a plan for the removal of the damage and to begin clean-up. They were all very professional from the director Jay to all the guys on the crews who worked on the project. I truly appreciate all of them all they did. The most detailed and thorough inspection report I've seen in years. Absolutely amazing service. We haven't yet moved forward with remediation, but I just want to say how great our experience has been so far. Highly recommended.
Bert, Jay, Bryan, Dylan, Brandon, Lincon, and Chris from SERVPRO of East Lansing were great! I wasn’t able to be home every day while they were working, so there were times I had to leave my home unattended with them. I felt completely comfortable doing so because they were trustworthy, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. They were always polite, listened to my concerns, and addressed any questions or concerns I had. They treated my home with respect, and I really appreciated the professionalism and care they showed from start to finish. In April, we had a lot of water all across the basement, ServPro, specifically Bryan was fantastic. He was extremely communicative during the cleaning process and taking every measure to make sure water was removed from the basement.
This whole team was great! Communication was excellent and professional. Thames, Brannon, Calvin, Chris and Chelsea -top notch!
