About Us
Randy Miller started his first Michigan SERVPRO® location in 1996 in Genesee County and expanded into Saginaw in 1997. Since then, Randy has grown, acquired, and sold multiple territories. SERVPRO Team Miller is proud to hold service locations throughout the states of Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Florida.
SERVPRO Team Miller has been ranked in the top 10 for the past 20+ years, including top producer twice. As one of SERVPRO’s prestigious Extreme Team franchises, Team Miller provides support to other franchises — primarily on commercial losses. The SERVPRO Team Miller Disaster Recovery Team has the resources to travel the country for catastrophic events such as floods, tornadoes, and hurricanes.
SERVPRO Team Miller offers many services beyond the fire and water cleanup and restoration services such as abatement, commercial cleaning, disaster preparedness consulting and training, maintenance, relocation and reconstruction services, disinfection and sanitization, and much more.

Are appt time was delayed by almost hour to hour half per project mgr who said she made a MISTAKE, Now we had appt 2;weeks out at least we could have been ndfyd when tht was actually discovered but no I had to call and with me coming to the office to pay there was no notification tht the X had changed but even with tht THERE WAS NO APOLOGY after standing in ur lobby reading all the allolades of CUSTOMER SERVICE, so other than tht the job was OK
I had a major water leak emergency after midnight and they came out very fast and did everything they could to help me clean up the mess. They helped me out for the entire process of fixing the leak and were very accommodating to my needs. I would absolutely use their services again if anything else were to happen at any time of day.
I couldn't be more thankful for James and his crew, as well as Jeff with his crew. They fixed a mess from a previous contractor so my mother was able to enjoy her home before she passed.
Had a leaking roof around a skylight. My Ins called Servpro and the process was soon under way.
Found 2 large freezers with defrosted food on Saturday afternoon. Called ServPro and they were able to put together and send out a truck in a short amount of time. They did a fantastic job of removing the 2 freezers and contents. Very pleased with end results and would highly recommend this company. If I ever have any sort of problem in future, I will call them.
