What our
customers are saying
Carols and Miscel were very professional and friendly. They came late on a Friday and didnt leave until we were taking care of. They did follow ups until we were all set. Highly recommend them for water damage and clean up.
We had an excellent experience with the SERVPRO of Minnetonka team—Kimon, Owen, and Armondo. They truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Their communication was outstanding, keeping us informed every step of the way and making a stressful situation much easier to navigate. They were incredibly patient and kind with our kids and pets, taking the time to answer questions and explain the equipment they were using, which our kids found fascinating. After the plumber repaired the pipe, they also took the time to walk through the house with me and test all of the water spigots to make sure everything was working properly. That extra attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. I highly recommend Kimon, Owen, Armondo, and the entire SERVPRO of Minnetonka team. Their professionalism, patience, and excellent customer service made a difficult situation much less stressful.
Curtis Nelson and his team were great. Highly recommended
Carlos, Luis, and Miguel were professional and helpful! My husband was out of town and Carlos did a great job of explaining things to me and communicating with my husband.
Curtis and the crew did a great job with our water intrusion issue. Prompt, professional and very knowledgeable of the needs we had
Servpro was super responsive and easy to work with with some water damage that they took care of for us
From start to finish, the Minnetonka Servpro team were fantastic. Within an hour of our call, they were over with dehumidifiers and fans to mitigate the water damage. During demo and clean-up, Curtis and Hecter went above and beyond. They were prompt, thorough and so kind. We appreciate the service and support we received.
Servpro is very efficient and easy to work with. Rachel and another person came out right away and set up equipment to dry out our damaged area on the weekend. Carlos, Louis, and Misael came on Monday and checked the areas and took some of the equipment than came back on Tuesday to get the remainder of equipment Great crew and easy to work with.
Carlos and Louis were excellent. They guided us through the process, communicated very well and went the extra mile to ensure we were completely satisfied. I highly recommend them
