Skyler began his career working with his father's restoration company, which gave him the opportunity to learn about the industry.

Taia started his career at SERVPRO after graduating college in 2020. Initially working as a Water Technician in the field, Taia was member of the Storm Team, providing hands-on support for storm-related disasters. Over time, he transitioned into a role as a Project Coordinator and then a Manager for Large Loss projects. He is the General Manager of the Kalispell franchise. Taia has a deep commitment to serve the community by helping people recover from their losses.
