⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars for Grant and Dennis – SERVPRO Mitigation Team! After the drain behind our washing machine decided to flood our home, we found ourselves dealing with an incredibly stressful and overwhelming situation. Thankfully, SERVPRO sent us two of the most wonderful gentlemen, Grant and Dennis! From day one, these two were absolutely amazing! They were professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and, most importantly, genuinely kind. They treated our home and our family with such care and respect, and they made an otherwise difficult situation so much easier to navigate. You know you picked the right mitigation team when your daughter makes a special pictures for "Mr. Dennis" and "Mr. Grant" to hang on our front door to welcome them back after their first day. I think that speaks volumes about the impression they made on our family. ❤️ It is not every day that you encounter people who take such pride in their work while also showing genuine compassion for the families they are helping. Grant and Dennis are truly an asset to SERVPRO! I could not have asked for a better experience or a better team to help us through this unexpected mess. Thank you both for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service.....You both turned a stressful situation into an experience our family will remember with gratitude. Five stars simply aren't enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a water leak in our basement and Grant with servepro was the inspector sent to the house. He was a great help and very knowledgeable.
The gentleman came in and explained everything they were going to do and did do. They were very professional and extremely kind and caring. I could tell that they knew the job and were going to do a good job and they did.
Helped me out of a real jam when a city clean out pipe got destroyed by a tree root and water backflowed into my home; flooding 3 rooms! Held my hand through the entire process. Would recommend!
