One year ago in December 2024 we had a terrible fire in one of our duplexes in Grand Island caused by our tenant's son using an electric heater. I contracted with SERVPRO to do the total rehab on a 1- year project. I was lucky to get CHAD one of SERVPRO'S Contractors who did great work on the project from start to finish. His strongest asset to me entailed great follow through from start to finish. He kept me posted and was also a good liaison with the insurance company with excellent follow up there as well. Don and Morgan blew me away! I didn’t expect that they would be able to make my carpet look like new. I just wanted to see if it could be made livable. It had pet stains, spills, and an overwhelming odor. I called them and they were able to come out the next day. They agreed it was bad but they thought it may be salvageable. After several hours of their work I entered the room and it smelled delightful and looked like new carpet! I couldn’t believe it! You can tell that Morgan and Don take pride in what they do!
