Remediation: The team arrived within 45 minutes of our call! They were thorough, efficient, courteous, and professional. They worked quickly and were always available to answer any questions or address our concerns. Remodeling and Insurance: We were initially advised to hire a public adjuster to ensure we received a fair settlement from our insurance company. As it turned out, we didn’t need one! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she also advocated tirelessly on our behalf, challenging the insurance company’s estimates to ensure we received a fair and accurate settlement. Her efforts alone increased our insurance payout by one-third! We are incredibly grateful for her dedication and expertise. Our project manager, Jordan, was equally outstanding. He was responsive, attentive, and always quick to address any questions or concerns throughout the process. SERVPRO partnered with a local construction company to complete our renovation, and we couldn’t have been happier with their work. The project was extensive, involving crawlspace repairs, subfloor replacement, new flooring throughout, trim and baseboards, and repainting the entire interior of our home. The crew worked efficiently, but most importantly, their workmanship was excellent. Remarkably, the entire renovation was completed in just two and a half weeks! From the first emergency call to the final finishing touches, our experience was exceptional.
