Remodeling and Insurance: We were initially advised to hire a public adjuster to ensure we received a fair settlement from our insurance company. As it turned out, we didn’t need one! The project was extensive, involving crawlspace repairs, subfloor replacement, new flooring throughout, trim and baseboards, and repainting the entire interior of our home.
