For the first time in 40 years, we experienced a property loss to our home. A fire, starting on the rear of our house that very got out of control. Our insurer responded quickly, but provided little in the way of guidance in the process of selecting a contractor. After some investigation, we selected ServPro of Monroe Cty in Pa . The process throughout was OUTSTANDING! Mark Squitieri, the Reconstruction Project Manager, took charge. He handled the coordination ,with our insurer, for the scope of work , as well as managing the subcontractor. The work was completed in a timely manner and to a high quality beyond our expectations. Hopefully we’ll never need to, but we’d certainly use them again if the need arises.
