I was extremely impressed with Peter and his crew for mitigation of a water damage issue that affected three levels in my home. Service was extremely quick as Peter was here within an hour and a half of calling. The crew worked from 7 to 11:30 on a Friday night to handle the situation and came back a few times to continue the work/ check up. Peter stopped by separately numerous times to check on the work. The team was efficient, personable, reassuring as well as immaculate throughout the whole process. I would never hesitate to call this company. In a time of crisis. They handled all superbly

All I can say is “WOW”! We called Servpro for service and they came the following day, even a little earlier than scheduled appointment time. Pete K. is incredibly patient, pleasant and very professional. He respected my concerns and seemed to enjoy the challenge of problem-solving our particular issue(s). The visit was thorough, not rushed and offered potential solutions without sales pressure. I can’t say enough good things about Pete and the company he represents. Thank you Servpro.

I had a great experience with SERVPRO, and I especially want to recognize Giancarlo . Although I ultimately didn’t need the service, Giancarlo was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s refreshing to come across someone who is this knowledgeable, professional, and willing to take the time to help. I really appreciated his time and would absolutely recommend Giancarlo and SERVPRO to anyone who needs assistance.

The entire team at Servpro was professional and helpful. David always returned my texts or calls immediately and listened to all our concerns. David scheduled all the workers in a timely manner. The painters, carpenters, plumbers and other workers were respectful of the property. Thanks to Kevin for all his help getting things done. I would definitely recommend Servpro!

I had a great experience using Servpro to clean and restore my garage. Niko and Giancarlo were courteous, professional and reliable. They were very responsive to all of my questions and made a difficult experience more tolerable. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I had a very positive experience with Serv-Pro after a burst pipe caused flooding in my kitchen and basement laundry area. They were recommended for flood cleanup and were so responsive and professional that I chose to use them for repair and restoration of the flood damage. I was assigned Dave O. as my project manager - a very nice, unflappable guy who tracked expenses and kept the project within budget. He assembled a great team, including Dave K. the carpenter; Joe the flooring guy, Coco the painter, and more whose names I can’t remember. Everyone was reliable and very pleasant, and did a wonderful job. Dave K. went out of his way to make sure the replacement kitchen cabinets were an exact match to the ones damaged by the flood. The entire staff was professional, always cordial and responsive to my questions. Serv-Pro’s motto is “Like it never happened.” I am very happy to say that I have my house back and it looks terrific - just “like it never happened.”

Kevin, David, Juan, Vincente and the rest of the crew were extremely helpful in my flood mitigation and restoration work for my basement. I would strongly recommend anyone in need of services of this magnitude to go with Servpro. Thanks again!

I had water damage in my basement and Pete and his crew handled it and they were exceptional. Pete came to assess the situation within an hour of me calling ServPro, he had the plumber there shortly after to fix the issue, and he brought his crew to do some cleanup right away. The crew was then scheduled to begin the rest of the work the next business day. Throughout the process everyone always showed up on time and got everything done as scheduled. Pete was also very patient with any questions I had and gave good advice when needed. He was very knowledgeable about everything related to the issue I had and also communicated with my insurance to make sure that all the work was covered. What could have been an extremely stressful situation was a lot less stressful thanks to Pete and his crew.
