What our
Setauket customers are saying
We recently experienced water damage in our home, and SERVPRO was quick to respond and help us through the situation. From the very beginning, Project Manager Pete was outstanding. He made what could have been an extremely stressful experience much easier to manage. Pete was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything and make sure we felt comfortable throughout the process. His crew was just as impressive—hardworking, respectful, and thorough. The entire team did an excellent job, and we truly appreciate the care and attention they gave our home. We couldn’t be happier with the service and highly recommend Pete and his team at SERVPRO!
I was overwhelmed with the mess a broken pipe caused a huge flood in my basement and called Servpro for help. Kevin was here within an hour and assured me he and his team would take care of everything. He did not disappoint! By the following day the fans were set up, the demolition crew led by Eddie did their part and Chris, the plumber located and repaired the culprit pipe! And today Nico came to remove the fans. The work is in process right now and I feel confident the rest of the project will continue just as smoothly as the beginning. If you should find yourself in a similar situation, definitely call Kevin at Servpro. You’ll have no regrets!
Pete was extremely helpful. He arrived on site quickly, explained everything in a way I could understand and even stayed to help me navigate my situation with my hoa.
Our basement flooded and in such a stressful situation we couldn’t have been happier to have Pete as our Project Manager. Pete and his team were professional, efficient and very clean. Pete walked me through every step and answered all my questions. Highly recommend Servpro!
Nico and his team were prompt and very thorough in sealing off and sanitizing our basement bathroom after a sewer back up. They explained all the equipment they were using and why. Professional team! Thank you!!
Peter from Servpro was fast in responding to my emergency. He was on the job within the hour. He assessed the situation with a tree limb through my house and damages. Servpro had their crew at my home within the hour to clean and dry my home and then the Tree and Tarp guys the next day to secure my home. I was very happy. They have been supportive and explained the process to help. The office staff were also helpful with navigating insurance and payments. I am so glad I called them. Peter is a hands on site manager, and on call for all our needs.
I had a roof leak from the storm this weekend. Nico and Owen were excellent. They got here fast, explained everything to me, did quality work, and were very friendly.
