I was overwhelmed with the mess a broken pipe caused a huge flood in my basement and called Servpro for help. Kevin was here within an hour and assured me he and his team would take care of everything. He did not disappoint! By the following day the fans were set up, the demolition crew led by Eddie did their part and Chris, the plumber located and repaired the culprit pipe! And today Nico came to remove the fans. The work is in process right now and I feel confident the rest of the project will continue just as smoothly as the beginning. Peter from Servpro was fast in responding to my emergency. He was on the job within the hour. He assessed the situation with a tree limb through my house and damages.
