I’d like to give a shout out to North Clackamas/Happy Valley Servpro. They were amazing! I had a flood in my basement. Debi, April & Taylor helped me get the project started. I had no clue where to begin. Jake, James & Dwight were so good during the demo & reconstruction. They worked together with Terra firma to get my basement waterproofed and finished!! It turned out SO beautiful! Thank you to the whole team!

April, Taylor, and James were very easy to work with. Their kindness, friendliness, and respect took the anxiety out of an unexpected refrigerator water leak. Their office offers good communication on the timing of their multiple appointments. I would definitely choose them again.

David and Dwight did a beautiful job fixing my bathroom after a sudden leak destroyed the floor. They were very careful to make sure the tile pattern lined up as perfectly as possibly, which was a huge task considering the complex pattern and imperfectly sized tiles I supplied them.
