Wayne W., the production manager was more than helpful - he walked me through every stage of mitigation. He assisted with appraisals, and relieved much of the stress I was under. The crew Luis, Ray, Jeremy and Connor have been excellent - carefully packing items, moving furniture, taking down walls, etc. and probably doing more than they were required to do. I hope to leave a similar review for the reconstruction crew that should start soon.

I just bought a new home in Pen Argyl PA, Which unfortunately got flooded out. Kevin from Servpro did a fantastic job coordinating the project, and was very helpful and precise. Servpro of Bethlehem was fantastic. We had a toilet overflow from 2nd floor to basement. They were here instantly to set up dryers and containment. Worked with our schedule in setting up appointments.. Shout out to Will, Ray, Jameen and Jamal for their professional, proficient, friendly ( dog friendly too!) work and knowledge. Highly recommend!
