We had a major insurance claim and Servpro came in to do a thorough evaluation of the situation. Walter and his team were reliable, courteous friendly and took great care in the removal of all debris. After each day they took great care in cleaning up anything possible. I had a pipe in a wall break in my kitchen it must have been a small leak for quite a while before I ever knew there was a problem. Walter came out to assess the water damage which is extensive. He explained everything they would do. True to his word he came back with a crew and equipment to demolition my kitchen and ran equipment for 4 days to dry up my kitchen. From the beginning to the end of their work they were polite and cleaned up and removed all the debris which was great being I pay per bag of trash for refuse and construction materials are not allowed in Old Forge. I highly recommend them!!!

This was my first time working with Servpro, and it was a fantastic experience. I had extensive damage to my home and was completely overwhelmed by the situation. From the moment the crew arrived, they put my mind at ease. Everyone on the team was exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, compassionate, and incredibly hard working. The crew captain, as I like to call him, is one of the nicest people I have met in a long time. His communication was outstanding, both in person and over the phone. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I always knew what was happening. I truly cannot say enough good things about his team. Their professionalism, dedication, genuine care made a difficult situation much easier to handle. Hats off to the entire crew.
