Meet Stormy and Blaze, just 2 of our many SERVPRO HERO's here at SERVPRO of Upper Darby, PA This duo reminds us daily of why we do what we do when we're saving someones day.

As essential members of our team these popular action figures have been known to make a few surprise visits on some job sites. Will they show up next at your home or business?

Amy is a key member of our administrative office team here at SERVPRO of Upper Darby. When she came into this industry in 2012 she knew little about the Fire & Water Cleanup & Restoration process. Since then she has received an IICRC Certification in Water Restoration and has vast knowledge of all aspects of our industry. Amy assists in managing and leading the office in day to day operations, which includes scheduling, billing and issue resolution.

Amy is a member and attends services at Love of Christ Church regularly. She is a small group leader at her church and has various small groups throughout the year, to engage women of all ages in growing together with The Lord. She also participate in various charitable work with her church. Amy also enjoys crafts, movies, reading, working with children and spending time with her daughter who is a licensed esthetician.

Our Project Managers are second to none. They each hold certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and have many years of experience on the job.

Dawn is our Fire, Smoke & Soot Cleaning Manager. She joined SERVPRO of Upper Darby’s team in 2004. She has learned from field experience, certification courses and our ECTP-SERVPRO’s Employment Certification Training Program. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician and Fire & Smoke Restoration Technician.

Dawn is our residential and commercial fire restoration specialist that oversees and coordinates projects involving Fire, Smoke & Soot Cleanup as wells as Pack-Out and Content Management. She also has the knowledge and training to provide support to our Water Damage Restoration and Mold Remediation teams.

Martin has been a crew chief at SERVPRO of Upper Darby since 2012. He brought with him more than 20 years of experience in the construction and restoration industry. He proudly holds certificates from IICRC in Water Restoration and Biohazard Recovery and has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program.

Martin’s attention to detail assures clients a job well done. He is thoroughly trained in all areas of production, but he enjoys water mitigation and specialty drying the most.

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Jyoti has been a crew chief with SERVPRO of Upper Darby since 2014. He proudly holds certificates from IICRC and has completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. Jyoti is thoroughly trained in all areas of production and assists with training new production team members.

Elizabeth has been a SERVPRO of Upper Darby team member for over 2 years. She has completed our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program and continues to study IICRC standards and best practices in water restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and other cleaning and restoration courses.

As a Crew Chief, she performs on-site production services, enforces all safety procedures on the job site as well as monitors all assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met. Elizabeth specializes in fire, smoke & soot cleaning as well as content pack-out and inventory. Her knowledge, efficiency and willingness to go above and beyond make him an integral leader and a central piece within the company.

Elizabeth and her crew are ready to help our local residents and business owners recover from water, fire and mold damage.

Devin is one of our Crew Chiefs and been a member of SERVPRO of Upper Darby’s team for 2 years. He comes to us with several years of flooring and general contracting experience. Devin has worked to earn his IICRC Certification in Water Restoration and has completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. He continues to study IICRC standards and best practices in water restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and other cleaning and restoration courses.

Devin is a father of 7 and enjoys spending his days off with his family and fishing.

Crystal joined SERVPRO of Upper Darby in 2011. She is responsible for all aspects of social media and our online presence. Crystal also manages Accounts Receivable. She works diligently at making sure that all jobs are billed correctly and that payments are properly recorded. She proudly holds certificates from IICRC and is always willing to assist in the field when needed.

BJ has been with SERVPRO of Upper Darby for several years and is an asset to our team.

Kaila is a Fire Production Technician at SERVPRO of Upper Darby. She has several years of commercial and residential cleaning experience. She is completing our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment.

As a technician, Kaila is responsible for helping to ensure that your damage feels "Like it never even happened".

Willie recently joined the SERVPRO of Upper Darby team. He comes to us with over ten years of experience in the Mortgage business with a comprehensive understanding of a homeowner’s most valuable asset "their home". Also an Honorable Discharged Veteran with the United States Navy with professional skill sets that are applicable to serving homeowners with excellent care and concern for restoring their home after experiencing a fire or water disaster. He has an eager desire for learning and training development. In addition to hands-on training, he is working to complete our SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program.

Willie graduated from Colorado Technical University Online with a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Technology Security Specialization and is an individual with the ability to accurately assess any situation and resolve problems with a methodical approach. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, watching sporting events, golfing and studying Kemetic Science, Esoteric Science and Metaphysics.

Lori joined the Administrative team at SERVPRO of Upper Darby in March of 2019. Her strong office skills have been a great addition to our team. Lori is the friendly voice you will hear answering the phone and dispatching crews.

Shane is a member of the Production Team at SERVPRO of Upper Darby. Shane’s strong drive and attention to detail makes him a valued team member

Kyle is on the production team at SERVPRO of Upper Darby. He is a hard worker and is a wonderful asset to our team.

Jesus brings more than 10 years of restoration and renovation experience to the SERVPRO of Upper Darby team. Throughout his career, he has worked on both residential and commercial restoration projects, developing strong expertise in interior repairs, reconstruction, and property restoration.

Known for his attention to detail and hands-on experience, Jesus takes pride in helping customers restore their homes and businesses after unexpected damage. His focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction helps ensure every project is completed with professionalism and care throughout the Delaware County area.

AJ joined SERVPRO in 2025 and continues to expand his experience within the restoration and construction industry. Before joining SERVPRO, he attended Job Corps and further developed his construction knowledge through hands-on training at Delaware Technical Community College.

His background includes experience in construction, demolition, and workplace safety procedures, including projects involving site preparation and structural work. Ajene has earned certifications in construction, forklift operation, and OSHA safety training.

Originally drawn to the demolition side of restoration, Ajene quickly developed an interest in the full restoration process and enjoys continuing to learn new skills in the field. His strong work ethic and willingness to grow make him a valuable member of the team serving homeowners and businesses throughout Upper Darby and surrounding communities.

Liz has more than 10 years of experience in the restoration industry and is known for her strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service. As part of the SERVPRO of Upper Darby team, she takes pride in helping restore homes and businesses through detailed cleaning and restoration support services.

One of the things Liz enjoys most about her work is helping customers feel comfortable and confident in their space again after property damage or unexpected disruption. Her thorough approach, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction help ensure every project is completed with care and precision.

Ed brings more than 22 years of restoration industry experience to the SERVPRO of Upper Darby team, with a strong background in mitigation, construction, contents inventory and cleaning, and customer service. His extensive field knowledge and technical expertise help support both residential and commercial restoration projects throughout Delaware County and surrounding areas.

Throughout his career, Ed has specialized in emergency loss response, property recovery, reconstruction support, contents management, drying strategy, damage assessment, and flooring and textile care. He is experienced in helping customers navigate challenging property losses while focusing on efficient service and high-quality restoration results.

Ed holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Carpet Repair Technician (CRT), Contents Processing Technician (CPT), and Journeyman Water Restorer (JWR). His certifications and decades of hands-on experience make him a valuable resource for customers facing water, fire, and storm-related property damage.

David brings more than 35 years of construction and project management experience to the SERVPRO of Upper Darby team. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed retail, restaurant, commercial, and residential construction projects from planning through final completion.

His background includes extensive experience in ground-up construction, remodeling, restoration, and large-scale project coordination. David has overseen field operations, managed subcontractors, coordinated timelines and budgets, and helped ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality.

Known for his leadership, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail, David is committed to guiding customers through the restoration and rebuilding process with professionalism and clear communication. His decades of experience help provide confidence and stability during complex restoration and reconstruction projects.

Dennis brings more than 15 years of construction experience and over a decade of restoration industry knowledge to the SERVPRO of Upper Darby team. Throughout his career, he has developed a broad skill set that spans emergency restoration services, project leadership, residential remodeling, and exterior construction.

He began his restoration career as a Water Technician before advancing into a Crew Chief role, where he gained valuable experience managing job sites, coordinating restoration efforts, and helping customers navigate the recovery process. Dennis later expanded his construction background through home remodeling and exterior construction projects, including roofing, siding, and gutter installation.

Since joining SERVPRO in 2020, Dennis combines hands-on field experience with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. His practical knowledge and commitment to quality workmanship help support successful restoration and reconstruction projects throughout Delaware County and surrounding communities.

Roland brings more than 20 years of leadership and operational experience to the SERVPRO of Upper Darby team. His background spans the construction, retail, hospitality, and financial services industries, where he has successfully managed teams, improved workflows, and helped organizations deliver strong customer service in fast-paced environments.

As Reconstruction Project Manager, Roland oversees projects from the initial consultation through final completion, helping coordinate crews, subcontractors, project schedules, estimates, budgets, and customer communication throughout the rebuilding process. His experience in operations management and client relations helps ensure projects remain organized, efficient, and customer-focused from start to finish.

Roland earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing from Goldey-Beacom College, where he graduated cum laude. He also holds a Level 1 Certification in Cotality. Known for his collaborative leadership style and problem-solving abilities, Roland is committed to helping customers navigate complex restoration and reconstruction projects with professionalism and clear communication.

Martin has been a valued member of the SERVPRO of Upper Darby team since 2012, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the construction and restoration industry. As a Crew Chief, he plays an important role in managing restoration projects, supporting field operations, and helping ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally.

Martin holds IICRC certifications in Water Restoration and Biohazard Recovery and has also completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. His extensive training and hands-on experience allow him to assist with a wide range of restoration services, with a particular focus on water mitigation and specialty drying projects.

Known for his strong attention to detail and dependable work ethic, Martin takes pride in helping customers through difficult property damage situations with quality service and clear communication. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to better assist and communicate with a wider range of customers throughout the community.

Carol brings more than 30 years of experience in customer service, accounting, and administrative support to the SERVPRO of Upper Darby team. Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations including SERVPRO, Discover Card, and the State of Delaware, developing a strong reputation for professionalism, organization, and outstanding customer service.

In her role, Carol helps support daily operations while assisting customers throughout various stages of the restoration process. Her experience managing accounts, addressing customer concerns, and coordinating administrative tasks helps ensure a smooth and positive experience for both homeowners and businesses.

Known for her strong communication skills and attention to detail, Carol takes pride in building lasting relationships and providing dependable support. Her commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence makes her an important part of the team serving Upper Darby and surrounding communities.

Audrey brings nearly 10 years of restoration industry experience to the SERVPRO of Upper Darby team, with a strong background in mitigation, contents management, fire and smoke remediation, and customer support. Her experience working across multiple areas of restoration gives her a well-rounded understanding of the recovery process and the challenges customers often face following property damage.

As a Job File Coordinator, Audrey helps keep projects organized and on track by managing documentation, coordinating project information, supporting insurance-related processes, and assisting customers throughout the restoration journey. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help ensure projects move forward efficiently from start to finish.

Audrey is IICRC certified in Fire and Smoke Remediation and takes pride in delivering responsive, professional service. She enjoys helping customers navigate difficult situations while providing clear communication and support during every stage of the restoration process.

Chris joined SERVPRO of Upper Darby in 2025 and began his restoration career with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills within the industry. Since joining the team, he has gained hands-on experience in water mitigation, equipment setup, moisture monitoring, demolition, and daily restoration operations.

Working alongside experienced restoration professionals, Chris has developed skills in water extraction, drying equipment placement, routine equipment inspections, and documenting project progress. He enjoys learning the technical aspects of restoration and contributing to projects that help customers recover from unexpected property damage.

Chris brings a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous improvement as he continues building his career in the restoration industry.

Kevin joined SERVPRO of Upper Darby in 2026, bringing a diverse background in electrical work, underground utilities, field operations, and customer service. His experience includes four years in the electrical industry and six years working with underground electrical infrastructure, providing him with valuable technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Throughout his career, Kevin has developed a strong understanding of field operations, troubleshooting, teamwork, and customer communication. His ability to work effectively in demanding environments and maintain a customer-focused approach helps support efficient project execution and positive customer experiences.

Since joining SERVPRO of Upper Darby in 2020, Jackie has continued expanding her knowledge across water, fire, mold, and storm damage restoration services. Her dependable approach, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality service have made her a trusted member of the restoration team.
