Lathe Toft is the owner of SERVPRO Team Toft, bringing with him a strong background in reconstruction and restoration. Prior to expanding into the Sioux Falls market, Lathe built a successful construction company in Iowa and developed long-standing relationships within the SERVPRO network through subcontracting work for local franchises. In 2016, he took the next step by acquiring his first SERVPRO locations.

Since then, Lathe and his wife have continued to grow their presence, now owning and operating multiple SERVPRO franchises across the Omaha, Council Bluffs, and Sioux Falls areas. His hands-on experience in construction, combined with a commitment to quality service, has played a key role in delivering efficient and reliable restoration solutions to the communities they serve.

Outside of work, Lathe enjoys traveling—he is also a licensed pilot—spending time with his family, and taking advantage of time on the water whenever he can.

Nicole is the co-owner of SERVPRO Team Toft, alongside her husband, Lathe. With a background in nursing and sales, Nicole brings a unique combination of compassion, dedication, and business expertise to her role. She continues to be driven by a strong passion for helping others and is committed to making a positive impact in her community. Through SERVPRO Team Toft, she strives to deliver exceptional care, ensuring that families and businesses recover quickly and smoothly from disasters.

Kevin is the Chief Operating Officer at SERVPRO Team Toft, leading complex restoration projects with expertise and dedication. He holds 9 IICRC Certifications and is Level 1 and 2 Xactimate Certified, demonstrating his extensive knowledge in the restoration and reconstruction industry. With a strong background in managing large-scale losses, Kevin brings leadership and a commitment to restoring properties efficiently. His deep understanding of the cleanup and restoration industry ensures that SERVPRO Team Toft continues to deliver exceptional results for clients facing significant losses.

Mikey is the Operations Manager for SERVPRO Team Toft in Sioux Falls, bringing over five years of hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business. He began his career as a Production Technician and quickly advanced through roles including Job File Coordinator, Business Development Manager, and Restoration Manager before accepting his current leadership position. Mikey’s well-rounded background gives him a unique understanding of both field operations and business development, allowing him to effectively lead teams, streamline processes, and drive performance. He holds WRT and Fire and Smoke certifications and is committed to delivering high-quality service while supporting team growth and operational excellence. With nearly 15 years of customer service experience, Mikey prioritizes clear communication, strong relationships, and customer satisfaction in every aspect of his work. Outside of work, he enjoys sports and spending time with his family.

Travis is a Restoration Manager with SERVPRO of Sioux Falls, bringing extensive industry knowledge and hands-on expertise to every project. He holds multiple respected certifications through the IICRC, including Water Damage Restoration Technician, Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, and Journeyman Textile Cleaner—demonstrating his advanced skill set across a wide range of restoration services.

With years of experience in both restoration and construction, Travis specializes in reconstruction following property damage, allowing him to seamlessly guide projects from initial mitigation through final rebuild. His comprehensive understanding of the restoration process ensures efficient timelines, high-quality workmanship, and minimal disruption for clients. Known for his strong leadership and attention to detail, Travis takes pride in delivering reliable solutions in high-pressure situations. He is committed to maintaining industry standards, supporting his team, and helping property owners recover quickly and confidently after unexpected losses.

Shelby is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Sioux Falls, playing a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service. She holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration, Odor Control, and Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, bringing a well-rounded knowledge of the restoration industry to her position.

With extensive hands-on experience, Shelby has worked her way up from a field technician to a leadership role in the office. This unique background allows her to understand every step of the restoration process and better support both customers and team members. Shelby is often the first point of contact when scheduling services, and she takes pride in providing clear communication, guidance, and reassurance during what can be a stressful time for clients.

Michael is as a Restoration Manager with SERVPRO of Sioux Falls, bringing a strong background in both service and recruiting to his role. His ability to connect with people and lead teams effectively makes him a valuable asset on every project. Before entering the restoration industry, Michael proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed a strong work ethic, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence that continues to guide his work today. He is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, ensuring industry-standard expertise when responding to property damage situations.
