Bobbie came to my home that was just purchased to evaluate a water leak and mold issue that was identified prior to closing and was supposed to have been remediated professionally prior to closing. It was not. The water damage is extensive at this point with substantial remediation work needed including removing drywall, damaged vanities, flooring and treating subfloor.
