General Cleaning and Janitorial Services

Bobbie came to my home that was just purchased to evaluate a water leak and mold issue that was identified prior to closing and was supposed to have been remediated professionally prior to closing. It was not. The water damage is extensive at this point with substantial remediation work needed including removing drywall, damaged vanities, flooring and treating subfloor. Bobbie was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, explaining what the process would be. I know we have the right person for the job. While this was supposed to be corrected professionally by the seller before closing, it was not. It’s been incredibly inconvenient because with all the remaining damage and mildew and mold smells and need for the flooring to come out, I’m still living out of my packed boxes… some of them placed on the carpet were even wet in the bottom. We had no idea there was still an issue let alone wet floors. The plan is to fast-track the repairs so i can finally settle into my new home. Thank you, Bobbie and ServPro!

I can’t say enough good things about SERVPRO and the amazing job they did cleaning and drying my house. They were incredibly thorough and took great care to make sure everything was properly dried and cleaned. Every person I dealt with was courteous, helpful, compassionate, and professional. All of them were good, Bobby and Kameron went over and above my expectations. They understood how stressful the situation was and treated me with kindness and genuine concern throughout the entire process. They responded quickly, worked efficiently, and got everything done in a timely manner without sacrificing the quality of their work. I truly appreciate everything they did to help me during a difficult situation. I highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone who needs their services. They went above and beyond, and I am extremely grateful for their hard work!

I have to say this company and it's crew are amazing and really saved our behinds! Samuel, Zack & Kamron were great, they took care of everything we needed and in a very timely & professional manner!! I would highly recommend this company if you have a water problem like we had! Thank you all greatly! P.S. Bobby.. Take care of the guys as they are very good and professional at their jobs.

We had Rob and Jim from Servpro do a restoration project for us. They were skilled , knowledgeable and excellent to deal with. They did everything we asked and completed an outstanding job. Thank you to these great guys. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys.

I had a crawl space that had been encapsulated but broken into by a female skunk who spent the spring having a litter and making a major mess. The crew from Servpro did a phenomenal job of cleaning, disinfecting, deodorizing and making it look, as they advertise, like it never happened. I highly recommend their services! The crew that did the inspection and estimate as well as the crew that did the work were top notch professionals!

We had SERVPRO clean our tongue-and-groove ceilings and log walls after log restoration and roof replacement projects, as well as clean and treat a ridge beam. Jamie and Samuel worked on the project for three days, with Zack joining on the final day. All three were polite, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond what was required, paid attention to detail, and took pride in their work. We are very pleased with the results and would not hesitate to recommend SERVPRO.

Serve pro has been awesome as we've delt with some flooding in our house. Jamie, Ethan and Cameron were all very professional and got the job done quickly and well! Very thankful for them!

Kamron (crew chief) and Samuel did a tremendous job for us. Arrived on time and went right to work. Both were very professional. Karon returned next day and made sure we were satisfied. Thanks again
