After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

Bobbie came to my home that was just purchased to evaluate a water leak and mold issue that was identified prior to closing and was supposed to have been remediated professionally prior to closing. I had a crawl space that had been encapsulated but broken into by a female skunk who spent the spring having a litter and making a major mess.
