customers are saying
Michael and the 2 guys have been exceptional!! It’s a complete trust issue because, I’ve had to come to Ky because we had to admit my Mom into hospice care. Michael was God-sent!!! He has kept me updated throughout the entire process. Thanks be to God, for Servpro , Rutherford Co!!
The Servpro workers ( Michael, Juan, and Sam )were great. Professional, efficient, and respectful.
Outstanding service!!! Michael, Sam, Kyle, and Jauquez did an absolutely amazing job. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very thorough in terms of getting the job done, with great problem solving skills. They definitely know what they are doing!!!
Michael and his team were easy to work with, and detailed with their work! The communication was great, and the space looks great after the clean-up and repairs.
Michael and Sam were great! Communicated everything they were doing throughout the process, and hauled off our damaged furniture.
Michael and Johan and Kyle all are great, thoroughly and professional. Thank you 😊
We had a garbage disposal fail, which created an unanticipated yet substantial level of water damage to our cabinetry flooring, and drywall. Michael and Johan arrived within hours after we discovered the problem. Upon arrival they thoroughly assessed the situation, providing helpful answers to all of our many questions. They were extremely considerate of my family and our home the entire time they were here. It's unfortunate that we have to go through such a loss, but it's great to be able to work with people who are so understanding of the whole situation. After talking with Michael, it sounds like they've seen pretty much everything. I sincerely hope we are never in this situation again, but if we ever are, I'd call Servpro first.
It was a great experience and Michael answered all of my questions. They left everything perfectly contained and I feel confident that this is going to be safe for my house. Thank you.
Working with Michael at Servpro has been really good and easy. He has explained everything detail of the service to us and was very personable and professional. Thank you Michael and your team. Donna Buck
