We were in need of a clean-up crew with experience and the fortitude to get the job completed correctly and that is exactly what we received. Wes came on-site very quickly and provided a very detailed quote. The crew was a little behind schedule on moving on-site, but they were worth the wait. I can't say enough good about Jason the crew chief for the job. He was very respectful and communicated very well through the cleanup process. It allowed me to ask questions and provide coordination with what we needed to feel satisfied with the job. His crew of John and Adam were great, as they worked dilgently to complete the work. Overall, this was a good experience with ServPro of Sevier County and would hire them again for any future issues were their expertise was need.
I would like to personally comment on the superb service that the owners themselves over seen. They sent in cleaning crews to to finish up a jobsite in Seymour. We worked with Weston and he was absolutely wonderful. He was always on spot and very thorough and knowledgeable. His crew was also great. Jason was very knowledgeable and did a great job supervising and worked hard to do the job right. Adam, John, and Tim were very helpful and willing to work hard to get the job done. This awful situation was made better by having this hardworking crew to take care of it all. I am so satisfied and please with the job they did on removing all the wet and cleaning up. They were very neat and always cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this crew at servpro.

I got a water backup at the basement of our cabin on Sunday June 28. I called Servpro and they came right away. Production manager Wes T and Jaxon and his crew did cleanup, drying and other mitigation stage work in the short period of time. After that Josh W and his crew did great job in reconstruction of our basement. It was excellent with good quality. Thanks everyone who've been involved in this project!

I was so impressed with their rep, Bekkah Sims, who contacted me about a recent flood at Jefferson County High School before I even knew about it. She had their crew out there on the scene immediately. They took pictures, cleaned up the water, put out fans and dryers and assessed the damage of the gym floor.
