What our
customers are saying
We were in need of a clean-up crew with experience and the fortitude to get the job completed correctly and that is exactly what we received. Wes came on-site very quickly and provided a very detailed quote. The crew was a little behind schedule on moving on-site, but they were worth the wait. I can't say enough good about Jason the crew chief for the job. He was very respectful and communicated very well through the cleanup process. It allowed me to ask questions and provide coordination with what we needed to feel satisfied with the job. His crew of John and Adam were great, as they worked dilgently to complete the work. Overall, this was a good experience with ServPro of Sevier County and would hire them again for any future issues were their expertise was need.
I would like to personally comment on the superb service that the owners themselves over seen. They sent in cleaning crews to to finish up a jobsite in Seymour. I went there today and was pleasantly surprised when opening the door. They went above and beyond what i was expecting!! Thank you for such a great job! Sincerely, Jack Goodman
We worked with Weston and he was absolutely wonderful. He was always on spot and very thorough and knowledgeable. His crew was also great. Jason was very knowledgeable and did a great job supervising and worked hard to do the job right. Adam, John, and Tim were very helpful and willing to work hard to get the job done. This awful situation was made better by having this hardworking crew to take care of it all. I am so satisfied and please with the job they did on removing all the wet and cleaning up. They were very neat and always cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this crew at servpro.
Allan and Ken and the whole team was great! Knowledge, friendly and helped me understand the insurance. I will be letting everyone know to choose this company for any repairs from fires or water damage or anything else they handle. You can't go wrong with this company.
We are very impressed by Drew, Wes T and jason. They are very professional and courteous. They did fabulous and spotless job. Drew visited everyday to check the progress and kept us informed. We definitely recommend to our friends and everyone who are going through similar issues.. Thanks to entire Sevpro team for taking care of this so efficiently.
Had a leak while out on vacation Called Service Pro Wes Trotter and his crew handled everything quickly and efficiently
I got a water backup at the basement of our cabin on Sunday June 28. I called Servpro and they came right away. Production manager Wes T and Jaxon and his crew did cleanup, drying and other mitigation stage work in the short period of time. After that Josh W and his crew did great job in reconstruction of our basement. It was excellent with good quality. Thanks everyone who've been involved in this project!
This company helped me through the worst tragedy of my life. Allan was so kind, so helpful and so pleasant to do business with. There is a reason that they are so highly respected and recommended. I give them a 10 out of 5, good people.
ServPro is the go-to company for our water damage cleanup and repair at Jefferson County Schools. I was so impressed with their rep, Bekkah Sims, who contacted me about a recent flood at Jefferson County High School before I even knew about it. She had their crew out there on the scene immediately. They took pictures, cleaned up the water, put out fans and dryers and assessed the damage of the gym floor. Thanks so much Bekkah and the ServPro team!
