Two very different service areas run through this franchise, and the work looks different in each.

Along FM 1960 and through Champions, the properties are established. Homes built forty and fifty years ago with the plumbing, roofing, and tree cover that comes with that age. Commercial centers from the same era, now on their second or third generation of tenants. The failures here are age-related, and they arrive without much warning.

West into Waller County, the picture changes. Acreage instead of subdivisions. Septic instead of municipal sewer. Wells instead of city water. Barns, shops, and outbuildings that matter as much as the house does. Storm damage spread across property lines rather than concentrated on a roof.

About Us

SERVPRO of Champions/1960 is part of SERVPRO Team Wilson. The Wilson family entered the SERVPRO system in 1999, and Benji and Brady Wilson have served as Operating General Managers since 2007, growing the group across Texas and Alabama on repeat business and referral rather than advertising alone.

This franchise covers unusual ground. The Champions and FM 1960 side is established Houston suburbia, built largely in the seventies and eighties, with mature trees, aging infrastructure, and neighborhoods where families have stayed for decades. Waller County is something else entirely: acreage, septic systems, private wells, barns and outbuildings, and drive times that make response planning a real part of the job rather than an afterthought.

Serving both well means carrying equipment and expertise for both. A slab leak in a fifty year old Champions Forest home and a well contamination event on a Waller County property are not the same call, and we do not treat them the same way.
