Servpro did everything they said they would do. The mitigation team did a fabulous job! Wes was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Michael went the extra mile working on the weekend not one complaint and was in a great professional mood.

Both Michael and Brent were here today assessing our unexpected damage from the recent rains and developing an action plan. They are both very knowledgeable, polite, concerned for the entire process to remove water damage and protect our house from any further damage if we get more rain before repairs are completed. These young gentlemen also have very pleasant personalities which makes a stressful situation much more tolerable and are definitely the most positive interaction we’ve had with home service personnel.

Wesley, Brent, Brandon and Bryan (I think those were their names) we're absolute heroes. We needed to get furniture removed from our apartment that caught fire by the end of the day and they came through in a big way.

I just had Servpro come out today. Casey and Brent from Waxahachie/Ennis went above and beyond to locate my problem with leaking of my AC unit. Went up in attic in this TERRIBLE heat. Took pictures, explained everything thoroughly. They were SO knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely call Servpro for other needs and will highly recommend to others. Thanks guys.

Casey came out on midnight going into Memorial Day. He was extremely helpful, informative, and fast. When most people would be annoyed or not even show up, Casey was extremely professional and wasn’t bothered at all about the inconvenient timing. We’re very happy that we chose to go with Servpro.
