I cannot recommend ServPro enough. My children and I were recently displaced due to a fire in our apartment building in the middle of the night. Prior to this I had no idea who ServPro was or what services they provided. In the immediate after math of the fire I had a tremendous amount to process emotionally and had several big decisions to make. Mason from ServPro was on site and advocated for me from day one. He was compassionate and informed, and helped me navigate the first steps of an emergency move. Rachel and Veronica were with me that week and packed up my things with so much care, while also providing me emotional support. My short term memory was very poor following the incident and I was struggling with prioritizing simple tasks and they both were so patient and gentle and explained things as many times as I needed. When it came time to move back in, Antwane, Arturo, Evan, Brayan, Veronica, and Ninoska were prompt and courteous and handled the move so efficiently. As a team they were fantastic! I have been a crisis responder and a public servant for 25 years. I’m really aware of the signs and symptoms of stress responses after trauma, and this time it was me that needed help. ServPro cared for me and my children to the same professional standard and beyond that anyone should have working in crisis management. I truly believe I would likely have sunk if it weren’t for this team. Instead I got to focus on my own health and to help my children process the upheaval. Our Story

SERVPRO Team Friermuth began in 1992, when Doug Friermuth opened the doors of his very first SERVPRO franchise—SERVPRO of Auburn/Enumclaw—out of a garage on South Hill in Puyallup, WA. With just one truck and a one-man crew, Doug built his business on hard work, trust, and a commitment to helping his community through life’s toughest moments.

In 2014, Team Friermuth established headquarters in Puyallup, WA, and has been growing ever since! Today, under the leadership of Doug’s son, Kevin Friermuth, we are proud to be a second-generation SERVPRO team with 13 franchise licenses across Washington and Texas.
